Positive: Well located near center of the city and close to the river promenade. We booked a family room and if you want space ask for room 370. It basically has a seperation between kids and parents which is very nice

Negative: Everything was great. Two small points. There is currently a lot of construction in the city and you have to drive down the pedestrian walkway (shopping street) to get there. second point is that the windows let in a lot of light and now that the sun rises you can easily be woken up :).

Positive: It is in a nice location with views of the river. The staff is excellent. The room is very clean and has free coffee for all guests.

Negative: The ring of the bells of the church next to the hotel could be annoying if you want to stay longer in bed.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, with all expected facilities. The location is stunning, with amazing views of the Rhein and the picturesque market place of Bad Sackingen and the Holzbrucke nearby.

Negative: Whilst appropriate bedding and pillows were provided, the mattress for the bed was a little worn and uncomfortable.
